industry.
Job Description:
• Identify key growth areas in the business & develop growth strategy
• Own the key credit card metrics like spends per card, transaction per card, interchange, revolve
rate & wallet share
• Develop innovative growth hacks to drive spends, transactions & engagement on credit card
• Analyze user behavior and key business problems to identify opportunities
• Segment & analyze the credit card customer base to track its performance
• Automation & implementation of various campaigns for driving spends on credit card and work
with cross functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Data Analytics, Communication, IT, Customer
Service teams, etc.)
• Merchant/Brand offers management with alliances, communication & finance teams
• Vendor and third-party relationship management for managing offers
• Track, measure and improve communication channel efficacy
• Ensuring legal, compliance and risk guidelines are adhered to and obtaining sign offs from these
departments for the above initiatives
