I. INTRODUCTION
A. The Business Concept and The Business Model
The “MacEgg” is a food business that is an American Styled breakfast. This is a
good business since most of our fellow students, teachers, friends, that lives far away
from school skips breakfast because of being in a hurry in coming to school or busy
doing thier duties which results them to lose focus in the class. Thus, aside of being
affordable, it is healthy and a good food for our body. This business will be market
through order, physical stall and strolling. As of the order process, online customer can
have an easy access to inquire and discover more about the product for we will be
launching our own Facebook Page which helps them to order in an accessible way. For
our physical stall, the snack corner can be found inside the premises of Mahayag
School of Arts and Trades at the covered court.
The business is in the Micro state in terms of financial costs for the
capital which is Php 3,600. 00; various cost will be managed through balance
sheets, mark-up statement, and charts. It is a cooperative type of business because
everyone is the member and the ones who run the company.
b. Mission
To serve every individual our wholehearted service in fulfilling their extreme
hunger.
c. Objectives
At the end of our business service, we are able to leave a huge impact to our
fellow students, teachers, friends, and to our economy.
d. Performance Task
The performance target of the business is to achieve the objectives and
goals of the business. It also wants to showcase the business and managerial
skills. As a beginner in the field of business, the group work hard and efficiently
to apply the lesson being learned and compete others in terms of business.
b. Business Justification
Most of the students in Mahayag School of Arts and Trades living a bit distance
away from the school, some experienced skipping breakfast to come early to school.
With the affordable breakfast meal and less experience meal that is fit to the student’s
allowance. Saves time for the student and raises up the school’s economy and business.
Since the business is located at the Purok 3 Poblacion, Mahayag Zamboanga del Sur, in
the covered court of Mahayag School of Arts and Trades.
II. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Summary of the Business
The Business is all about breakfast food and drinks with the name of the Business
called ‘Mac Egg’. the Businesss Goal oughts to servive our consumers instant breakfast
with our whole-hearted service. The prices starts as low as Php 10.00 to Php 40.00 which
gives affordable impact for them. The target audience of Mac Egg Breakfast Business are
firstly MSAT students, teachers, online customers and outside consumers and friends,

V. MARKET JUSTIFICATION
Our business tenders an American style breakfast meal that is suited for budget
conscious consumer specifically the students, consisting varities of sandwich ad coffees,
with a combo meal, ranging prices from as low as Php 10.00 to Php 40.00.
B. Pricing Strategy
The pricing of the product is verily considered to the student’s budget/allowance.
Mainly, it vary accordingly to our expenses and the cost of ingredients used in the
making. The riching flavor and taste as well as the quality of the food we are offering the
main basis of our pricing method in order to gain trust and satisfaction towards our
customer.
C. Distributiom Strategy
Our business sets up or created an effective way to distribute our products
efficiently since our business is only starting.
a. The specified location of the main food cart will be in the covered court in
Poblacion, Mahayag.
b. At the same time, strolling will be done to sell the products on-hand around the
campus.
