ABOUT IIM JAMMU
The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) brand has now become synonymous with innovation, talent,

The Government of India established the Indian Institute of Management Jammu (IIM Jammu) in Jammu
and Kashmir in 2016. IIM Jammu has set up an off-campus at Srinagar dedicated to Executive Education

Associate Professor, IT Systems & Analytics
Dr Nitin Upadhyay is currently working as a Chairperson MBA, Chairperson
Information Technology & Services, Program Director Executive Program
in General Management (B3) and is also associated with IT Systems and
Analytics at the IIM Jammu. He is a Fellow of the prestigious RSA London
and Institute of Engineers (I), India. Over the years, he has engaged with
select top Fortune 500 companies. He has contributed 100+ peer-
reviewed publications/presentations/ posters/talks, 14 books and 50+
innovations. His research interests are at the interface of IS, IT, and
frontiers in business, entrepreneurship, and financial service settings
focusing on issues related to digital entrepreneurship IS/IT adoption and
diffusion of emerging digital innovations, blockchain, artificial intelligence,
business models, cloud, information systems, emerging technology, big
data, and analytics, particularly in the context of frontiers in business.
Dr Prateeksha Maurya
(Ph.D., IIT Roorkee)
Assistant Professor, Finance and Accounting
Dr Prateeksha Maurya is an Assistant Professor of Finance and
Accounting at the Indian Institute of Management Jammu and the
Area Coordinator for the Finance and Accounting area. She
completed her Ph.D. in Finance from the Indian Institute of
Technology Roorkee, where she was also a Teaching Associate. She
has completed her MBA in Finance from IIT Dhanbad.
Her research interests are Financial Inclusion, Digital Finance,
Entrepreneurial Finance, and Public policy. She has published
several peer-reviewed research papers and book chapters in her
research area. Her work has been featured at several international
forums like Glasgow University, American University, and the World
Bank forum, to name a few. She has received grants from ICSSR and
World Bank for her research work.

CERTIFICATION
Certificate of Completion
To qualify for Certificate of completion the following criteria needs to be fulfilled:
(a) Each participant is expected to have 60% & above attendance for the successful
completion certificate.
(b) "Fail" in not more than two subjects/courses/modules.
If the student fails to meet any of the certificate criteria, then he/she will be provided with,
"Certificate of Participation" from IIM Jammu.
*This program does not confer any Degree/Diploma/Post-Graduate Certificate on the participant by IIM Jammu. It is
a Management/Executive Development Program where a certificate is issued on successful completion/participation.
PEDAGOGY
This program will use a mix of pedagogical tools such as lectures, hands on sessions and
case discussions in the learning process. Participants are expected to come prepared with
the assigned readings/cases and are expected to actively participate in the in-class
discussions and exercises.
EVALUATION METHODOLOGY
Evaluation will be done by Indian Institute of Management Jammu (IIM Jammu) through
Program Fees
INR 95,000/- plus GST, as applicable
