Q2-Discuss a major setback or failure that the founder of Booz Mobility faced and
how he overcame it and moved forward.

One of the main difficulties Mr. Rutvij Dasadia, the founder of Booz Mobility,
faced in the beginning of the company was getting kick scooters to India. Kick
scooters were a relatively new concept in India, thus Mr. Rutvij Dasadial had a lot
of challenges to overcome to get them in front of the public there.
One of Mr. Rutvij Dasadia's most challenging challenges was locating the proper
manufacturer for the kick scooters. Finding a manufacturer who could build high-
quality scooters at a reasonable cost was difficult for him. He had to do a lot of
research and travel to several different production sites to find the ideal fit for
Booz Mobility.
Putting all the various components of the kick scooters together presented another
difficulty for Mr. Rutvij Dasadia. This involved finding the appropriate
components and putting them together according to the company's strict
specifications. This required meticulous planning in conjunction with close
collaboration with suppliers and partners.
Mr. Rutvij Dasadia decided to bring together SMEs from Taiwan and India in
order to address these problems by reducing costs and increasing productivity. By
utilising the skills of each partner, Mr. Rutvij Dasadia was able to create a
streamlined supply chain that allowed Booz Mobility to produce high-quality kick
scooters at a competitive price.
Also, Mr. Rutvij Dasadia and his staff collaborated extensively to improve the kick
scooters' design and make sure that Indian clients' expectations were addressed.
Early users' feedback was carefully considered, and the scooters' functioning and
design were modified as necessary.
Overall, Mr. Rutvij Dasadia persistence, determination, and willingness to
collaborate with others were key factors in overcoming the challenges of bringing
kick scooters to India. His ability to build strong partnerships, leverage the
strengths of different suppliers, and listen to customer feedback helped Booz
Mobility overcome this major setback and move forward with confidence.
Q3-Idea generation is important for entrepreneurs. How was the idea for Booz
Mobility generated?

Booz Mobility's original inspiration came from founder Rutvij Dasadia's personal
experiences while attending college in India. Mr. Rutvij Dasadia frequently
experienced frustration while attending college due to the scarcity of effective and
reasonably priced transportation choices for travelling about campus and the local
area.
Mr. Rutvij Dasadia started to consider how he could contribute to the solution as
he and his fellow students struggled to traverse the congested city streets and
unreliable public transportation. He saw a chance to develop a brand-new mode of
transportation that would be more practical, effective, and greener than more
conventional forms of transit like cars and buses.
As a result, Mr. Rutvij Dasadia started looking into various mobility options, such
as the electric kick scooters that were gaining popularity in other countries. He
recognised the potential of these scooters to offer a quick and inexpensive means
of transportation for people to move around cities, especially for short distances.
When he travelled abroad to America, he saw that many students were using kick
scooters. He made the decision to import the product at this time, commencing his
entrepreneurial life.
Mr. Rutvij Dasadia's research eventually led him to launch Booz Mobility, a
company focused on providing high-quality electric kick scooters to people in
India. By leveraging the latest technology and working closely with suppliers and
manufacturers, Mr. Rutvij Dasadia was able to bring his vision to life and provide
a new and innovative mode of transportation for people in Indian cities.
Overall, the idea for Booz Mobility was generated through Mr. Rutvij Dasadia's
own experiences as a college student and his desire to create a better transportation
option for people in India. This is a great example of how entrepreneurs can use
their own experiences and frustrations to identify new business opportunities and
make a positive impact on the world.
