Minutes of the managing committee meeting as on Saturday, 18/3/2023, Ladwadi @ 6.

1) Meeting was adjourned to 6.30 pm for want of quorum

2) Meeting is started with the prayer.
3) Welcome by president to the managing committee members present it was proposed to pass a
resolution appreciating the sincere efforts of kishor chimanlal dalal bharat paymaster &
jyotindra Nallawala to avoid the election of new managing committee fot the forthcoming
tenure of 23-26
4) It was proposed to honour them & the advisory committee in the advisory committee in the
forthcoming AGM (pool by kamlesh bookseller)
5) Minutes of the managing committee of previous meeting was read by the hon secretary
dharmesh vakil & was unanimously approved by house.
6) New lahaha application

deposit of new lahandar lavejem
7) transfer of lahana

3 rahul navnitlal shah virar original bills were called & were received application was rectified
rs 4000/- approved in last minutes was received also.
9) Prakash patel loan application for funds from staff welfare expenses a/c is proposed by parth by
parth shroff we should be paid the amount to his credit in the books of a/c& no loans should be
allowed approx. 2.30 lakhs upto 2012
From 1.69 lakhs upto 2012 to 2023
10) Application for booking of wadi from jain shwetamber sangh sanchor approved subject to no
discount as per the wadi rules & rates DT on which jamanvar is organised to be fixed & separate
sufficient deposit to be taken in correspondence with number of people is attend accordingly
the various prene of wadi should be booked]
11) Repaire of chawl to suggesred to be repaired three contractors of MHADA only notice for
evacuation & handing over keys of the premises to be sent by registered A/D & to be posted on
the entrance of each room
12) Deposits of contestents of election should be refunded at the earlist with due consent election
commissioner
13) President announced the committee member of new committee & welcome them their names
