Picture Quest: Tell Me the Story Behind It!

This virtual team building activity will engage the participants by

This virtual team building event aims:

 to motivate the participants by enabling them to spread and share joy, pain,
hardships, and such based on the pictures they presented related to their
experience during their hospital duties.
 to encourage the participants to speak in the crowd even on a virtual platform.
 to give them time to have fun and inspired by listening to different participants’
stories.

Mechanics:
There will be a moderator that comes from the group who made this virtual
activity--us, group 2, to be exact. The event begins with the moderator being the first
to share his/her picture (a picture about their experiences during hospital duties) and
the story behind it. Afterwards, the moderator will select a participant of his/her
choice to share their own personal-picked picture next and that would continue until
all of the participants are finished sharing their stories. But during the process, the
moderator will ask sudden and unexpected questions to the one currently presenting
a picture.

Goals:
 To become motivated and inspired as they are close in transitioning from a
student nurse in becoming a nurse.
 To give them leisure and have a good time by listening to each others’ stories.
 To improve their ability to communicate, which is a vital quality of a nurse in
dealing with patients and communicating with other health care professionals.
