E personal class
Introduction 
Members(Guillermo Rueda,Jorge Lázaro,David Hernández y Jorge
De Santos)
Equipment: tennis balls,cones,two orange ribbons and one pádel
racket for each classmate.
Facilities: the entire football pitch inside the high school and the
volleyball court.

We have chosen the sport… we’ve chosen this sport because we


practiced it last year and was really enjoyable and fun. In addition
this sport doesn’t require having a background practicing it so
everyone can start playing. This exercise will improve our balance
and coordination , not only that it improves our
flexibility ,cardiovascular endurance and it strengthens not only our
upper part but also the lower part.
Warm up
Firstly we are going to run 3 minutes around the pitch . Then we are
going to make two lines and we are going to do a warm up focused
on our upper part with exercises such as arms rotation or trunk
rotation . 
Main part
To getting used to the racket we have make an exercise that
consists on groups of three or four. This groups wi be situated in
separated cones and they will have to move to other cone while
making touches with their rackets. First with the racket being in the
natural position, the with the backhand and finally alternating
between both sides.Then we will practice the passes in pairs in this
exercise it doesn’t matter if the bounces on the ground. Finally we
will play some matches of four where the ball must not touch the
ground.
This matches will consist in two teams of two persons each and both
court sides  divided by the orange ribbon.
Finally for the cool down we will make a circle where we will be
stretching all the body parts used in our class.
