Steel line unit, consists of a 6x4 cabin chassis, operation cabin, winches to install a steel line 8
with a diameter of 0.125” of 9,144 meters. in length, a crane with a capacity of 3.5 tons or more

ECP to carry out steel line work.

2.1. GENERAL DATA


Steel Line Unit will be Model 2023 or newer model, all equipment and accessories will be new.
The equipment will be designed according to the following specifications:

2.8. HYDRAULIC SYSTEM


2.8.1. It will have a hydraulic system, which will be driven by the engine of the chassis cab through
power take-offs connected to the transmission, to operate the elements of the steel line unit,

2.9. STEEL LINE WINDING SYSTEM (SPOOLER).

2.10. CRANE.
ASME B30.5, AWS D14.3, and SAE J-1063 standards . The crane shall meet SAE J765 stability
requirements with an 85% tipping factor at maximum rated capacities.

2.10.1. Crane capacity of 3.5 tons or higher and telescopic or articulated boom 15 meters
high or higher.
2.10.1.1 The crane will have a minimum lifting capacity of 3.5 tons or greater than 1.80
meters .
2.10.1.2 Capable of loading 1.5 tons, with an angle of 78 degrees or greater and a radius of 10
meters, and operating at a minimum height of 15 meters.
2.10.1.3 The crane will be stable at 360 °.

2.10.2. Feather
2.10.2.1 The boom shall be of a sectional telescopic or articulated design which shall be
hydraulically operated.
