Now insurance sector has emerged as one of the god business amongst other to get insure his self because no body can predict about his future. That is why it is getting consent of people. Now it has expended its wings without carrying any boundary, a huge amount of companies are dealing in his this field and trying to in cash the potential customer. Now a days insurance sector is fastly growing, it also affects the very big market share. Bajaj Allianz is one of the most renowned companies in insurance sector. It is one of the Indias leading private life insurance companies. In few years it is became the fastest growing private life insurance company in India. Bajaj Allianz life insurance company Limited is the joint venture between Bajaj Auto Limited and Allianz AG of Germany; both enjoy a reputation of expertise, stability and strength. All the works done on this project report is confined to my broad objective i.eComparative Analysis of ULIP & Tax Planning. The company has authorized and paid up capital is 150 crore. Bajaj Auto holds 74% and the remaining 26% held by Allianz I have done my Summer Training in Lucknow.
