The republic act no. 7925 an act that promote and govern the development of the

Philippine telecommunications and the delivery of public telecommunication services

which is enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in

Congress assembled this Act shall be known as the "Public Telecommunications Policy

Act of the Philippines." The telecommunications industry consists of businesses that

provide global communication, whether via phone or Internet, or via airwaves or cables.

These firms build the infrastructure that allows data in the form of words, audio, or video

to be sent anywhere in the world. Telephone (both landline and wireless) operators,

satellite companies, cable companies, and Internet service providers are the main

corporations in the sector (Beers, 2021).

title which is entitled public telecommunications policy act of the Philippines. Section 2

mention about the scope and limitations in this act which is this act will effect only in the

Philippines telecommunications services. Section 3 discussed about the given term and

definition of the word use to be modified in this law throughout everything enable for a

proper understanding of the words for this law. The article discussed all about policy and

objective in line within this law for the proper progress of the uses of telecommunications

services, and it explain about the objective to manage and widen the use of

telecommunication in the Philippines in a proper progress and controlled by the correct

rules and regulations that to be followed. This article describes and evaluates the
significance of telecommunications policies to the Philippines' economic progress,

integrity, and security. Furthermore, this section is developed and administered for the

safety and protection of our country's economic, cultural, social, and political systems,

enriching and strengthening our country's economic, cultural, social, and political systems

equally, because by following these policies, our country would be fair and balanced in

relation to the telecommunication services that are mentioned. This law is vital for our

country because it provides fairness and alignment for people and others who utilize

telecommunications services, as well as for every organization that provides those

services.

These republic acts regulate and ensure that broadcast and communications

services are safe, connected, and controlled within the country's borders. Throughout the

presentation, each section and article of the offered laws were exhibited and explained
