lawful unit caretaker, for me and my name, place, and stead to do and perform the
following acts or thing to wit:

b) Facilitate the check -in and check-out of guests
c) Sign work permits and authorization letter and gate pass
d) Enter the property for purposing of cleaning and washing of dirty laundry
e) Accept or receive from the condominium corporation or homeowners association
any letters, papers or other instructions or communications.

HEREBY GRANTING AND GIVING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power

and authority to do and perform any all other acts and things necessary or proper to be
done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could
