• Managing consumer interactions by ensuring timely responses to all comments, messages, reviews
and visitors' posts.
• Responsible for social media support, including maintaining Facebook posts stock as per the page
strategy.
• Assists in establishing and maintaining a consistent brand image throughout digital platforms.
• Create creative captions matching the season as well as the brand persona.
• Responsible for Aman’s email shot campaign dispatch to the company’s customer list.
• Assists in the printing of promotional materials, distribution on sites and maintenance of branding
materials.
• Responsible to design and edit the financial reports and publish them on social media.
• Sharing with team managers any negative and positive feedback from clients through all social media
platforms
• Responsible for sending any customer leads or inquiries to the responsible team.
• Respond to follow-up with the complaint team to insure the customer's request and the problem had
been solved.
