I am keen working in the communicative customer driven business environment. Therefore I want
to take the opportunity to work for Accenture. Customer Service is one of my core strengths. .
Presenting a skill or special services for companies is what drives me the most, as I am capable
of adapting very fast even in pressured situations. I was always in charge of customer satisfaction
because I set high standards for other team members. I make sure that any customer leaving the
facilities go and comeback with a smile, due to my communication skills and highly empathetic
approach in problem solving. Believe me or not, working with animals made the core value of
empathy stand out in my skillset.
Professional Experience
Solved door to door electricity contract issues with customers like renewing contracts,
adding product packages to new customers

Led the presentation of how solving a rubics cube can help you selling to any objective at
door to door sales.
Solved a rubics cube in less than a minute after explaining by showing how every step of
solving a cube is similar to a door to door sale from “How are you?” to create revenue

INTERESTS
I lead the language exchange group in our private house, I like to put everyone on the same level
of communication, no matter what languages they speak. I like to play basketball, because
knowing how to succeed as team in sports is important. I do on a weekly bases micro investing.
