Situation
I am a person who is quite fond of wines, especially cocktails. This is a drink with a
combination of strong alcohol lines together, creating a drink with interesting appeal
and each drink comes with a story or a reason. it forms it. Drink cocktails can be
drunk at places such as Pub, Club, Bar, and Lounge, ... For an introvert like me,
choose a bar with a space that is not too busy and the price must be appropriate.

When I experienced a bar that I was accidentally introduced to by my friend, the


special feature of this bar is that they can mix a glass of wine according to the scent
that I want at 07:00 PM. - 08:00 PM with Happy Hour program, all cocktails will be
purchased for VND 89,000.
I was expecting that the bar would have a variety of flavors and scents that I like, I
was excited to experience that the drink could be made according to the scent even
though I had only heard of it being able to mix before. according to taste. The key
point of scent concoctions prompted me to find the bar and its promotions.

Before coming to the shop, I booked a table in advance for the day I went to the shop.
The space of the bar is quite spacious, comfortable, and luxurious, I entered the shop
at 07:00 PM now I was waiting for my friend to come at 07:15 PM and we ordered
drinks together. When ordering drinks, the consultant only gave 4-6 scents for the
cocktail I felt quite disappointed because the number of scents for me was quite small
and they didn't have the smell that I liked, but we were still happy to choose scent
even though not the scent we like. We ordered quite a few drinks and then I asked the
bartender if I could order a shot of wine. According to the bars I've been to, they will
quote me a price for a shot of each type of wine, because each type of wine will have a
different price to ensure that the bartender has to quote the price for the customer to
agree or not. Are not. However I received no response and the waiter did not advise
me on this and that shot of wine I was charged about 400,000 VND, and this was the
most expensive glass of all. When paying, we can't receive the offer from the shop as
announced on the fan page, and the dishes we ordered in the time frame can't be
bought for 89,000 VND. When I asked why we weren't able to buy at the promotion
price, they replied with the reason that we paid through the specified time frame, an
unconvincing reason and it made me feel good. dissatisfaction about this as well as
how they responded to the above situation.

Solution:
Service marketing communication problems
● Should give specific information about the promotion so that customers avoid
misunderstanding and misinformation that we want to convey.
● Give the number of products that you can meet the needs that the customer
wants. Instead of general advertising, the restaurant should clearly state the
number of services that the restaurant provides.
About the customer
● The customer may be a person who does not understand the type of service that
he is aiming for. Instead of communicating in a general way, we should be
more specific in communication to be able to control the wishes of customers.
About the promotion program
● Control the consistency between the sales staff and the media
● If there is a change in the promise in the implementation stage, always notify
the customer when there is a change.
The price of the service
● Prices are always open and transparent to customers
● Always let customers know what they will get when using this type of service.
