Terms & Conditions:

1. Quotation & Order Confirmation by hard copy or soft copy is agree and understand by both parties after
booking pay consider valid.
2. Final quotation will based on actual usage of material , design , quantity and actual measurement.
3. This quotation is only valid for 30 days only , we reserve the right to make changes to the quotation.
4. Payment delayed from Customer , Iconique Espace Sdn Bhd have the right to postpone any purchases of
materials or any works until such payment is made.
5. All goods shall remain the property of Iconique Espace Sdn Bhd until full payment is made to us. Should there be
any balance of payment not made to us , we have the right to remove or dismantle any furniture and / or fittings
equivalent to the amount owing to us.
6. All the items added after this quotation confirmation will be charge in variation order which have to pay for
100% payment in variation order.
7. Every sample and image are only for representation. Slight colour variation may occur during process batches
materials.
8. All images are for illustration purpose only. Actual product might different on colour and scale size.
9. Price will change accordingly to design, material, unit and size if design change.
10. In the event of any project cancellation by client after booking pay , processing fees of RM1000 charged for
refund payment Or can be exchange to Accessories.
11. Our Company owns the copyright of all photographs taken of the units and reserves the right to use the
photographs for marketing & promotional purposes.
12. Any Renovation & Cabinet Permit Approved ( deposit to be paid by customer )
