1. Login Credentials
a. User Registration
Step 1: Go to the portal URL https://nihon.ncareers.org/ncareers4.2/login , you will land in the
page as shown below.

Step 2: Click on “Sign up” if you don’t have an account or if you want to self-register in
Ncareers.

Step 3: A page will be loaded as shown below. Fill in the details by selecting the “Candidate”
option above.

Step 4: Once the credentials are filled, click on “Create my Account”. A popup showing “User
registered successfully” will appear, click on “Ok”. Thus, the account is created.

b. Sign In
Step 1: Fill in the login credentials (username and password) and click on “Sign in”.

Step 2: Once logged in, you will be taken to the home page as shown below.

2. Dashboard
Step 1: If you need to access the LMS, click on “Launch LMS”, you will be taken to the
dashboard, as shown below.

3. My Programs
Step 1: Go to “Menu” >> “My Programs”, to access the programs.

Step 2: A page will be loaded as shown below, where the list of programs and the partners
program will be displayed.

Step 3: Click on “View Details” to enter the program and enrol into the program.

Step 4: Select the credit options and click on “Buy & Enrol” option to buy the credits and
enroll into the program. There is also an option to enroll into the program using the available
credits by clicking on “Use my credits”

Step 5: Once you have enrolled into the program, the list of course in the program will be
displayed, where you can click on “View Details” to take up the course.

4. My Courses
Step 1: Go to the Menu, select “My Courses” to display all the courses that you have been
enrolled.

Step 2: A page with all the enrolled courses will be displayed.

Step 3: By scrolling down, you will find the “Available Courses” list, where you can enroll
into the course.

Step 4: Click on "More" in the self-enrollment course, the course page will be loaded, click
on “Enroll this course”.

Step 5: You will be enrolled in that course; you can also find the course enrolled in the
dashboard as shown below.

Step 6: By clicking it you will be taken to the page where you can find the courses in “My
Enrolled Courses” list.

Step 7: Find the course which can be enrolled using credit option. Click on “More”.

Step 8: The course page will be loaded with the credit plan for that course, either use the
available credits or buy credits to enrol into the course.

Step 9: Find the course which can be enrolled using manual enrolment option. Click on “More”.

Step 10: A page will be loaded, where the message “Please contact Site Admin to enrol this
course” will be displayed. This type of course can be enrolled only by the teacher/admin to the
learner.

Step 11: There is also “Partner Courses”, where the courses from other constituents will be
available, the same procedure is followed to enroll into the course.

5. My Invoices
Step 1: Go to “Menu” >> “My Invoices”, where all the invoices will be available, which can
be viewed and downloaded.

Step 2: Your list of invoices will be loaded, by clicking on the download icon, the invoice will
be downloaded.

6. Credits
a. Buy Credits
Step 1: Go to “Menu” >> “Credits” >> “Buy Credits”, to buy the credits for the course
enrolment.

Step 2: The credit status page will be loaded as shown below. Fill in the details to buy credits.

Step 3: Once clicked, you will be redirected to the payment gateway, where you will be able
to select the payment options.

Step 4: By entering the details and buying the credits, you will get the popup as shown below.

Step 5: You will find the available credits in the dashboard as shown below.

b. Transaction History
Step 1: Go to "Menu" >> "Credits" >> "Transaction History", a page willbe loaded with
your transactions. You can find your recent most transaction.

Step 2: There are two different tabs to view the credit transaction and payment transaction.
And also, there is an option to download it in Excel format.

7. Certifications
a. All Certifications
Step 1: Go to “Menu” >> “Certifications” >> “All Certifications”, to view all the certificates.

Step 2: A page will be loaded where all the certificates will be available with the action buttons
like edit, delete, and download.

b. Add Certifications
Step 1: Go to “Menu” >> “Certifications” >> “Add Certifications”, to add new certificates.

Step 2: Fill in all the details and click on “Save” button to add new certificate.

8. Reports
a. My Course Detail Report
Step 1: Go to the “My Course Detail Report” in the menu, to manage the course detail report.

Step 2: A page will be loaded, where you can view all the course details that is
enrolled/completed.

b. Events & Notifications


Step 1: Either you can click on the bell icon on the top right to read the notification or else go
to "Menu" >> "Reports" >> "Events and Notifications".

Step 2: You will be landed in a page where you can see all your events and notifications, as
shown below.
