FINAL EXAMINATION PROJECT

(Option 2)

While studying at FKIP majoring in English, initially I did not want to study in that

department because I was not interested to become a teacher even though I was happy with

English. However, I received more support from my family and my friends to study English, so I

studied at FKIP majoring in English. During my studies, I gained knowledge and knowledge

both for the development of my soft skills and the organization because I followed the faculty

organization, which was the administrator of BPM FKIP. As long as I was dynamic in the

classroom and in the organization, I was initially not interested in majoring in English, but I

became interested in becoming an English teacher.

However, that changed because I found my other passion, namely being an entrepreneur

because during online college I helped my friends to sell on online sites so I was interested and

wanted to learn how to open a business. Of course what I will do to become an entrepreneur is to

learn from my friends how to run a business diligently and patiently, not only that I will try to

sell even though sometimes I experience losses so for me it doesn't matter if my business goes up

or goes bankrupt because of what happened. The name of the business there must be trial and
error as well. And the reason why I want to be an entrepreneur is that I can manage my own

vacation schedule because I don't depend on the agency/company and I can also make more

money than I work with other people. So that I can become an entrepreneur, I must have ethics to

apply in my work and also so that I get used to being professional to colleagues/partners who

will work with me later. The ethics that I will apply are:

1. Always apply 3M, namely apologizing, asking for help, and thanking anyone who has helped

me.

2. Be professional when the situation is serious, in the sense of being able to read and put

yourself in certain situations.

3. When I'm disappointed by my co-workers/partners, I try to hold myself back from revealing

their ugliness but what I will do is accept and play 'smart' so as not to be fooled again.

4. When I am emotional, I try to control my self and not to use a harsh words.

5. Stay professional when interested in coworkers by holding back and remaining professional

when a coworker we like makes a mistake.

I am a prospective entrepreneur who will be successful in the future but in my opinion, a

person can be said to be successful when he has benefits for his surroundings. In my opinion, the

benefits for my environment when I become an entrepreneur are:

1. I can open and provide jobs for the community.

2. Can expand the relationship of partners as well as work together or help their business as well

(business collaboration).

3. Can meet the needs or tastes of today's society with the products that I offer.
4. In addition to creating job opportunities, I can also provide new skills to employees through

training or training.

And yeah, this is the design of my future profession after I graduate from college. With

work ethic and benefits entrepreneurs like me for society can at least increase my confidence in

opening and handling the business that I will do in the future.
