Please have a look at weekly support status from accounts MPCL and AEPL

1. Highlights

MPCL

 Manage Exploration New Venture Team (Nasar Mehmood) interested to see advanced workflows in DSG. Currently he is more
interested to get insight functionality wise about “Gassmann’s Fluid Substitution” and want to see results on their data sets.
 All member of New Venture team is working actively on their projects using DSG. Overall we have a good control in this Team
in MPCL. (Total 5 Users from this team are currently working with us)

AEPL

 Shared training agenda with Manager Exploration for review and suggestions for refresher/trainings session for customized
workflows for AEPL Geologists and started training sessions with Geologists.

2. Lowlights

 MPCL Network and performance issue

 AEPL DSG1 slowness issue due to hardware, already escalated to LMK and AEPL IT, both IT teams suggested to update
hardware. Currently active CPU is second generation with 6 number of cores, hard derive is SATA. As per both IT team’s
suggestions hardware’s should be updated for better DSG performance. This is already in notice of AEPL Exploration Manager.

3. Competition update (If any)

 SLB Support Teams actively visiting MPCL, sometime more than one technical consultant visits for user queries and user cold
calling
 Weatherford sales team visited AEPL to get some study related to their current discovery

4. Support requires (If any)

 LMK Management input is required to stream line our pending issues in MPCL, specially related to MPCL IT.
