Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.

Good morning respected principal, teachers, and my dear friends.

First of all, let us praise and thank the presence of Allah Almighty, for the
abundance of grace and the joy of all of us that can gather in this place without
any barriers at all and in good health. We pour out salawat and greetings to the
Prophet Muhammad who has brought us out of the dark ages to the era of bright light
today, namely Islam. May we all get intercession in the end, amen.

How are you guys? I hope you’re all in good health. Before I start, have you guys
know me already? There is a saying that if you don’t know a person, how can you
love that person? Therefore, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Raissa
Sheenaz Alifiariza, you can call me Sheenaz!
On this occasion, allow me standing here to deliver a speech about mother’s day.

Mothers day. This day should be remembered in honor of our mother, the love of our
lives.
It is very true that mom’s blessing is Allah’s blessing. Yeah.. Mom, mother, mama,
umi, various types of calls are given but still devoted only to someone who is
precious and special. A woman that carries us for 9 months inside her womb, and
gives birth with all the sacrifices and the risks that may occur. Day by day,,No
matter how much pain she suffers, and how many people criticise her, still, she
will always act as a protective shield for her child and family.

Everyday when I go to school, she never forgets to blow me her prayers into my
chest,, make sure that I’ll be fine.
Have you ever skip a day without mention your mom? Without call your mom? I’m sure
you haven’t.
Mom where’s my clothes? Mom how can I solve this homework? Mom I’m hungry,,and so
on.
It goes to show that almost everything in our life depends on her. Rasulullah SAW
asks us to treat our mom well.
Abu Huraira reported: A man asked the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be
upon him, “Who is most deserving of my good company?” The Prophet said, “Your
mother.” The man asked, “Then who?” The Prophet said “Your mother.” The man asked
again, “Then who?” The Prophet said, “Your mother.” The man asked again, “Then
who?” The Prophet said, “Your father.” So, what we deserve to do is honor her until
the end of life. I would like to express a few words to the beloved mother through
this speech. For me, mother is a woman like no other. She gave me life, nurtured
me, taught me, held me, shouted at me, kissed me, but most importantly she loved me
unconditionally. There are not enough words to describe just how important my
mother was to me, and what a powerful influence she continues to be. Now, I want to
seek blessings of Allah not only for my mother but for all the mothers who continue
to nurture us and love us unconditionally. May Allah keep our mother happy and
hearty and in the best spirits. Not a single day should come in their lives when
she feels upset or hurt. Thank you
