OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY

This study aims to determine the level of awareness of the selected barangay staff of

Barangay Ibabang Iyam on Republic Act No. 9485 also known as "Anti- Red Tape Act of 2007"

Specifically, it seeks to answer the following objectives:

1. Determine the demographic profile of the respondents in terms of:

1.1 Age

1.2 Length of service

1.3 Position

2. Identify the level of awareness of the barangay staff of Barangay Ibabang Iyam to :

2.1 Sec. 11 Violations

2.2 Sec. 12 Criminal Liability for Fixers

3. Find out if there is significant differences on the respondent's level of awareness

according to their length of service.

Republic Act No. 11934 also known as “Sim Registration Act ", it sought to answer the

1. Determine the demographic profile of the respondents in terms of:

1.2 Educational Attainment

2. Know the Perception on the Republic Act No. 11934 also known as “Sim Registration

Act in terms of:

2.1 Advantage

2.2 Disadvantage

3. Determine the respondent’s frequency and number of years using their Sim Card

4. Determine the significant different on the Perception of the respondents on Republic Act
