 DAY 02: KINTAMANI & UBUD TOURS
After Breakfast at Hotel, Proceed for full day excursion to below tours:-

altitude of 1600 m above sea level. Nestled with panoramic views of nature, the tour takes

Booking Details:

 Full payment for Flight Ticket and cruise (As they are Non Refundable component) and
40% for Land Part but need full payment in case of Non Refundable Hotel.
 To Process the booking the applicant should have a passport valid for at least 06Month
from the return date of entering particular country.
 PAN card is necessary for International Travel.

Cancellation Policy:
 Only sightseeing part will be refundable if package is cancelled before 12 days from
Departure date.
 Booking amount Rs 6,000/- per person will be non-refundable .
 Cancellation Due to COVID-19 depends upon Airline and hotel policy at the real time
and Avidfly Vacations will charge INR 6000 as a service fee
 Visa subject to immigration in case of rejection visa fee will be non-refundable and
package cost also non-refundable if visa status will come within seven days of
departure date.
 In case of visa rejection will come before seven days from your departure date then
cancellation fee is applicable as per the fare rules of flights and policies of hotels and
tours.
 No show - Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.

In order to process the booking, we would need full payment of flights.
Full payment for Cruise as they are nonrefundable.
Also need 40% of the Land Part which you can pay through Net banking, Bank Transfers (Cash)
or Cheque in our Bank.

Booking Confirmation Amount
After getting the availability from the hotel / Transport etc you will be informed via email /
Phone, and then you need to make the 40% of remaining payments which can be made within
1-2 days through Net banking, Bank Transfers (Cash) or Cheque in our Bank.
If due to non-availability of hotel we can offer other similar hotel category option or we will
give full refund to customer with the applicable interest of bank.

Full Balance Payment

Remaining amount needs to be furnished 30 days before the travel if there is any delay in
payment so need to pay a particular fine accordingly. In case of urgent bookings, it depends
on the nature of bookings. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged
immediately via an e-mail / Phone call.

Invoice and Vouchers

 Delivery of your total Bill Receipt and Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via
E-mail.
 After Getting a Full Payment Flight Tickets, Hotel Vouchers and Land Itinerary are
provided 3-7 days before the actual Travel Date.

Refund Policy
Cancellation of bookings and cancellation policy differs for each product or service. When
you make a booking, kindly view terms & conditions of each product or service, which reflects
the cancellation, refund with booking terms & conditions.
Cancellation of your request may require a minimum processing time, subject to specific
terms and conditions applicable to the type of product or service booked & purchased.
There may be a full cancellation penalty on the products or services booked and purchased,
which are non-utilized or cancelled after the cancellation deadline mentioned in the terms
and conditions, while making the purchase.
Visa is at the sole discretion of the Embassy and the fee is non-refundable as per the strict
guidelines of the Embassy.

Normally once you cancel you’re booking from any other agency they charge so many hidden
charges from customers, but Avidfly Vacations only charge a flat rate of Rs 5000 per Person
along with the actual charges charged by Particular airline, Hotel or any other service
provider.
For air ticket, it may take between 30-60 working days and for the hotels it may take between
15-30 days working days for the amount to get credited into your account. Refund policies
may vary for every product and service.
