Hand-in: Facilitation plan for the next day

• Look one day ahead in DTU Learn. Please take a look at the activity timeline and watch the Introduction Video. While watching the
video, notice the activities that are highlighted/mentioned in the video.

• For each highlighted/mentioned activity:

• Review the activity description and worksheets/templates, and make sure that you have an idea of how to facilitate the activities.

• Consider the workload and complexity of the activity and reflect on the challenges your team may potentially meet.

• Be aware of your own time management and make sure that you do not spend too much time on planning the activities – find a
good balance between what to prepare for and what to handle on the day itself.

• Skim through the rest of the activities to get an overview over the day.

• During tomorrow’s “Daily Standup”, involve your team in the activity plan. Consider their availability, skill sets, and preferences, and be
aware of your own time management so you have time for planning the next day.

• Fill out page two to four in this document and upload it to Learn.
