Hello everyone,my name is Xuân Nhi. So I will start my presentation.

Look at the
picture, do you know who he is?
His name is Jack Ma is a Chinese businessman who has a very famous saying: find
the right people, not the best people" I agree with this saying because if you want
to do good business you need a good team, find the right people, not the best
people. If we are a good team and know what we want to do, one of us can beat ten
of them.
Today I will talk about the standard by which businesses choose the right people.
How to recruit the best employees, always make efforts, have a progressive spirit,
and especially stick with the business for a long time? In my opinion, there are 3
criteria to be able to find suitable employees: qualification, mindset, and quality.

First, a suitable person is qualified. A qualified person is a person who has the
necessary skills and knowledge for a job position. For example, there are many
special jobs that require skilled and highly qualified people such as doctors,
teachers, and engineers. These jobs require employees to invest time in training
and learning; from there, increasingly improve skills as well as professional
qualifications. However, for businesses, it is possible to train professionally if they
do not meet the requirements. When it comes to professional qualifications, it is
not only in-depth knowledge of a field but it is also the ability, experience, skills,
flexibility in applying that knowledge in the business environment.

The second is about mindset. It is expressed in the approach, response, and

resolution to problems. Mindset is very important because it promotes all creativity
in work. It determines the focus and effort on creating, marketing, and providing
the products and services of the business. Every job will require specific thinkers.
For example, there are businesses that need a logical thinker rather than someone
with extensive experience or exceptional skills. Business recruit the right people,
that is, employees also find the right places to devote. At this time, the business is
the driving force for them to develop themselves, to strive every day to achieve the
set common goal, and to persevere, be patient and have the will to overcome
difficulties in the transition and enterprise development.

The last thing is extremely important when the business chooses the right person
who has good qualities. It means the quality and available capacity of employees,
reflected in daily communication with colleagues and management. Choosing the
right people is choosing people who not only complete every job well, but also
have good qualities to bring many benefits and promote business development
such as having good teamwork, sharing, and helping. Help others, always have a
high spirit of solidarity. For example, if they have a difficult problem, they'll work
together to solve it, even if it's not their job. They will not hesitate to do any job,
regardless of their position, they will have to make every effort to complete the
common tasks.

Jack Ma once shared that behind the success of e-commerce giant Alibaba is:
Avoid the "best". He argues that there are no so-called "experts of the future", they
are just experts of the past. He will take people who are willing to learn, not afraid
to make mistakes and train them to become good people for the business. So, in
order to apply the selection of the right person instead of choosing the good one,
we need to be based on 3 factors: qualifications, thinking and qualities. Enterprises
should not focus so much on the word "talent" that they forget the word "right",
because the best person is not necessarily the most suitable person. Sometimes,
ordinary employees who can do the job, constantly striving, trying to improve
themselves and hone their skills and professional knowledge are the most suitable
people.

Hire the right people, not necessarily the best people. The best people is always
you train them. There’s no “best people” in the market, the best people for you are
always trained yourself. So, I say if you hire the people who are very good but not
suitable to you, it’s just like you are putting a Boeing 747 engine into a poor
tractor. Neither of them are happy. The engine’s not happy, the poor tractor’s not
happy.
