STUDENT PUBLICATION
Section 1. All educational institution on
the elementary, secondary and tertiary
levels, public or private, shall be
encourage to establish a student
publication.

Lahat ng institusyong pang-edukasyon sa antas ng

elementarya, sekondarya at tersiyaryo, pampubliko o pribado,
ay dapat hikayatin na magtatag ng publikasyong mag-aaral.
Section 2. Student publication
-There shall be three categories of
publication namely:
a. Elementary level student publication
b. Secondary level student publication
c. Tertiary level student publication

Section 3. The members of editorial board

of the tertiary student publication shall be
responsible for college/universities and third
parties for it’s decision, action, policies and
legal consequences arising from such.

Ang mga miyembro ng lupon ng editoryal ng publikasyong mag-

aaral sa tersiyaryo ay dapat na responsable para sa
kolehiyo/unibersidad at mga ikatlong partido para sa desisyon,
aksyon, mga patakaran at mga legal na kahihinatnan nito.
