NORMAL QUALITY
OIL- AND FAT-RESISTANT QUALITY
HEAT RESISTANT QUALITY
CARCASS
It is fundamental that the rubber compounds of the cover and intermediate layer are identical.
All elevator belts correspond to the DIN 22102 and have high resistance against abrasion and durable covers.
The covers are regarded as antistatic in accordance with the DIN 22104, because the average surface
resistance is lower than 3x108 Ohm.
Additionally to the normal cover thickness, we deliver also special covers of for example 4:2 mm
for the conveying of high abrasive materials covers with anti-stick coating or we produce on particular request.
The normal rubber-color is black in EP-belts or red-brown in the B-belts.
Please send us your inquiries if you need very special qulities like ATEX category II 1D zones 20-21-22,
Food-grade according to FDA recommendations and Self-extinguishing according to NF EN 20340.

CHAIN WHEELS
We deliver one-piece chain wheels without teeth and with cleaning slots
made from gray cast iron.
Without cleaning slots, we deliver chain wheels with and without teeth made
from gray cast iron, cast steel and cast steel with additional CrNi content.
Segmented chain wheels will be applied since years for example in the cement
and lime industry. The segments can be replaced without demounting the
chain. The replacable segments are made from high resistant chilled cast iron.
