Introduction:

1. History of establishment and development of TH True Milk


Company:
- TH True Milk Company, whose full name is TH Milk Food Joint
Stock Company, belongs to TH Group.
- TH True Milk is known as the leading brand of clean fresh milk in
our country. Here, many famous product lines have been created in
the Vietnamese dairy market.
- TH True Milk Company started construction in 2008. The meaning
of TH brand is explained based on the English meaning of the word
True Happy.
- Currently, the enterprise has become the leading unit in the
production of "clean" fresh milk, with a herd of up to 45,000 cows
imported and cared for under a special regime.
- The TH True Milk project was started in 2009 with the import of
Israeli dairy technology and thousands of cows from New Zealand.
From that point on, that business began to grow rapidly.
- In December 2010, TH True Milk was officially introduced to the
market. By 2013, this company has achieved accumulated revenue
of approximately VND 6,000 billion. The revenue of 2013 alone
reached 3,000 billion VND.
2. Prizes:
- TH was awarded the "Product of the Year" award for 5
consecutive years from 2015-2019 at the World Food Exhibition
WorldFood in Moscow (Russia).
- ASEAN Best Food Award by ASEAN Association of Food Science
and Technology.
- Stevie Award for Outstanding New Product and Outstanding
Customer Service - an international business award that is
considered an Oscar in business.
- TH received the Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister in
2019 and received the Second Class Labor Medal awarded by the
State to the Dairy Food Joint Stock Company thanks to its excellent
performance in 10 years.
- TH brand has also been awarded the "National Brand" title for 6
consecutive years (through 3 awards, from 2014 to 2018).
3. The Founder:
- The founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of TH Dairy
Foods Joint Stock Company is Ms. Thai Huong - Top 50 most
powerful businesswomen in Asia. Ms. Huong is the leader and
driver of TH Milk Food Joint Stock Company to achieve the success
it is today.
- The idea of starting TH true MILK flashed when she watched the
news about millions of children at risk of kidney bleeding due to
using melamine-tainted milk powder in China in 2008. She decided
to make real milk. ) for Vietnamese children, for Vietnamese
consumers.
- Awards she has won:
 Being the only businessman in Vietnam voted for Outstanding
Achievement Award for Community Contribution in Dubai

 Community Responsible Entrepreneur Award (Asia)

Founder's Message:

I was born in a land full of pride: the homeland of President Ho


Chi Minh, into a pure Vietnamese family. My father was also a
teacher, when the country was at war, following the call of the
Fatherland, he went to the front line to defend the homeland.
My mother and I took care of plowing and cultivating the fields,
and then we overcame those most difficult days. Perhaps it is
these circumstances that have molded a full dignity, received a
mission that until now I find my life very fortunate (...) that is a
series of days of nurturing a dream to become a thirst. Hope is
like a burning fire in my soul, only me, alone I am always happy
for that.Then the days keep giving me many feelings around me,
society, the world, have influenced and given me wings to turn
my dream into a burning reality: How "so that the people of my
hometown have rights proud of their land." The problem of food
safety, indifference and greed of people have gradually
interfered in daily life, the culmination for me to make a bold
and courageous decision was the incident of melamine-tainted
milk in China. 2008 with the risk of causing millions of children to
bleed to the kidneys (…) When I saw the news, my heart ached;
The next morning, I had an urgent meeting of the Board of
Directors and made a decision: to make milk right in my
hometown.

TH true MILK - clean fresh milk was born like that.

Entering the fierce market with nearly 500 participating brands,


confused about real and fake information, I chose for myself a
path: blue ocean in red sea. We position TH as True Happiness -
"True Happiness". All will come true, safe, clean, organic
agricultural products, the best health care services, dreamlike
schools and good stories for children are born one after another.
. We will bring Vietnamese agriculture to the world with the
strictest standards coming from nature. In order for a brand to
live forever at the same time, once positioned, it must be
persistent and pursued in any circumstances and humanity is the
guiding light, shining for the brand.

And I would like to send to my colleagues, friends, valued guests


a message instead of the introduction: "I am Thai Huong, I was
born from Earth - Water and Wind. I am as gentle as Earth but
also as strong as Earth. Water and Wind. Let us cherish Mother

4. Mission and Vision:
Vision (future)
- becoming a world-class manufacturer of clean food “completely from the
nature” (starting with our dairy farming and clean milk production branded
“TH true MILK”.)
Mission (present)
a desire to soar above namely “Vietnamese Stature”:  investing for the
health benefits and education services have contributed to the improvement
of the country’s next generations
Excellent project planning
- investing into hi-tech agriculture, aquaculture and forestry, with an
emphasis on a closed process (that will ensure products’ premium quality)
Professional and well-organized execution
- applying a self-constraint process according to the international standards to
produce fresh milk (under the brand of “TH true MILK”)
- developing its retail outlets named TH true mart (which are equipped with
the most modern facilities and the best cold-chain for product preservation
and sales). Moreover, developing convenience stores where TH supplies its
fresh, premium and natural dairy products, vegetables, medicine, beverages,
functional food to consumers. The stores also offer for sales the international
famous branded consumer goods which are completely made of natural
materials

Conclusion:

It can be said that all TH products encountered no


obstructions when they were introduced in big markets. As it
satisfies even the strictest standards, TH Group can take
pride in its products that can serve Vietnamese and foreign
customers.
TH's product quality is guaranteed by an advanced quality
management system ans recognised under the current law.
Modern equipment is imported from G countries and Europe,
and the entire operating system is implemented according to
national and international standards. Meanwhile, the
application and regular upgrading of the group's modern
machinery and equipment seeks to improve product quality as
an important step to meet the desired quality criteria.
In addition, TH Group aims to research and improve healthy
products that are suitable for modern consumption trends, as
well as meet the demand of consumers of all ages. TH Group
sees product quality as the main competitive factor in its
business strategy. New Zealand meets all conditions for TH
Group to create high-quality products. But along with the
bright side of entering the New Zealand dairy market, there is
also the downside like many other companies when entering
a new market. In a near future, if TH Group joins this potential
market and has the right strategy for entering, then their

globally famous.
