KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, GREGORY D. GREGORIO, Filipino citizen, of legal age, single/married to

ANALISA V. GREGORIO, born on the 10th of October, 1970, a resident of BANANGAN,
SABLAN, BEGUET, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not acting under
undue influence or intimidation from anyone, do hereby declare and proclaim this instrument
to be my Last Will and Testament, in English, the language known to me. And I hereby
declare that:

I. I give and bequeath my VACATION HOUSE, to my forever love, ANALISA V.

GREGORIO, more particularly described as follows:

b. Area: 500 square meters
c. Location: Luna, La Union

II. I give and bequeath the following property/ies to wit: FAMILY HOUSE AND MY
SAVINGS IN MY BANCO DE ORO ACCOUNT AND RCBC ACCOUNT in
equal shares to my beloved children, JOE JONAS V. GREGORIO and TAYLOR
SWIFT V. GREGORIO. The property is more particularly described as follows:

b. Area: 600 square meters
c. Location: Sablan, Benguet

III. I give and bequeath the following property/ies to wit: SARI-SARI STORE IN
SABLAN, BENGUET, including the land and buildings where is situated, to my dear
wife, ANALISA V. GREGORIO.

IV. I give and bequeath my TOYOTA SUPRA MK4, to my beloved child, JOE JONAS
V. GREGORIO.

V. I give and bequeath my BMW Z4 M4OI, to my beloved child, TAYLOR SWIFT

V. GREGORIO.

VI. I give and bequeath the following property/ies to wit: SHAWARMA FOOD
HOUSE IN SABLAN BENGUET, including the land and buildings where is
situated, to my niece ASHTON LUIS L. GREGORIO.
VII. I request that right after I die, my family members will direct me to cremation and
leave some of my ashes to the private resort I own in GABUT, ILOCOS NORTE.

VIII. I give and bequeath my PRIVATE RESORT, in equal shares to my dear children,
JOE JONAS V. GREGORIO and TAYLOR SWIFT V. GREGORIO. The
property is more particularly described as follows:

b. Area: 1200 square meters
c. Location: Gabut, Ilocos Norte

IX. I give and bequeath my FARM LAND, to my beloved parents, ALEXIS M.

GREGORIO and ANGELINE D. GREGORIO, more particularly described as
follows:

b. Area: 300 square meters

question shall be attended by the respective beneficiaries, and no other persons shall
be present, except by reasonable cause of non-attendance.

XIII. Furthermore, it is also my request that whenever the properties will be disposed, it
shall be offered first to our nearest relative before the same be disposed to a stranger.
