CHECK: WRITTEN NARRATIVE REPORT

This narrative report aims to compare and contrast the experiences of my

friend, who works out at the gym, and my sister, a volleyball player, both of whom
suffered injuries while trying to get in shape through sports. My sister, a volleyball
player, tripped her knee while practicing for a competition at her school. When my
friend, who is attempting to reduce weight, didn't adequately warm up before
working out at the gym, it caused serious muscle aches in her thighs. My sister's
and my friend's stories of how their injuries occurred were comparable. With their
separate sports and workout routines, both people had been pushing themselves too
hard, which resulted in an injury.
My sister had been practicing various attack techniques, such as striking and
spiking, that she may use successfully in her school competition. Despite being a
good player, my sister had been pushing herself too hard, which caused her to trip
while attempting to receive the ball, which caused my sister to fall. She had to take
some time off from training and relax for a few weeks. My friend had been
working out three to four times a week in an effort to get in better shape and shed
some pounds. She had forgotten to warm up and stretch properly, which had left
her with intense muscle aches in her inner thighs. She had to temporarily postpone
her fitness routine and take a break to recover.
If the people involved had paid attention to their health and had enough rest
days, the injuries in both situations might have been prevented. It's important to
acknowledge one's own limitations and to avoid pushing oneself too far and risking
damage. Additionally, a plan that includes regular warm-ups and stretching can
help prevent injuries. Overall, this narrative report covered the experiences of my
sister, a volleyball player, and my friend, an exercise devotee, who both suffered
injuries while attempting to get in shape through sports. It's important to keep in
mind to listen to one's body, take rest days, properly warm up, and stretch before
engaging in any exercise and workout plan.

- I wish to play badminton more frequently. A fun and energetic method to
remain in shape is to play badminton. It's a fast-paced, entertaining game
that accommodates two or more players. Playing badminton is a fun and
effective method to exercise. It's a quick-paced activity that calls for good
agility and hand-eye coordination. It can improve reflexes, balance and
coordination, stress reduction, and social skills. It can also improve reflexes
and cardiovascular fitness. A fantastic approach to increase heart rate and
get in some cardio is by playing badminton. Badminton is a fast-moving
sport, so you have to be quick to respond to your opponent's shots. Your
reflexes may get better as a result. To hit the shuttlecock, you must
constantly move and alter your position, which helps you gain better balance
and coordination. Playing badminton with friends or a group can help you
practice your social skills while also being a terrific way to relax and just
have fun.
