Affair Guidelines No. 2023-3-5

PANAGTIGI KWATRO (SHS STRAND DAYS 2023): Mobile Legends Bangbang

Registration. This competition is for GAS, HUMSS, ABM, and STEM Senior High School students. All participants must
be a bona fide student of PHINMA Cagayan de Oro College.
The participant should have a passing grade of at least 75 across all subjects. For G12 Students, no grades below 75 or
INC/FA remarks on his or her grades from G11 1 st Semester, G11 2nd Semester, and G12 1st Semester. For G11 Students,
no grades below 75 or INC/FA remarks on his or her grades from G11 1st Semester.
For verification, participants should submit a photocopy of ID (AY 2022-2023), and grades reports for the semesters
mentioned above.

AG 1 REGISTRATION. This event is open for GAS, HUMSS, ABM, and STEM Senior High School Students. All participants
must be a bona fide student of PHINMA Cagayan de Oro College, enrolled for A.Y. 2022-2023.
AG 2 For verification, together with registration form are the photocopies of the players’ ID (AY 2022-2023), Grade Report (for
Grade 12, include grade11 1st semester and 2nd semester grades) and 1x1 picture.
AG 3 Strand/s with no registration forms on the said deadline will be credited “no participation” in this event.
AG 4 Waiver must be submitted to the event committee one day before the event.
AG 5 Players must only play for their designated team.
AG 6 Players will need to present their ML ID’s NUMBER and their IN-GAME NAME (IGN) before the start of the match.
Player’s with no ML ID’s NUMBER and their IN-GAME NAME (IGN) will be forfeited in the match.
AG 7 This is a group competition, and each must have 1 team to represent them. The minimum rank in each member should
be Grandmaster.
AG 8 Each team may only have five(5) main players, 1 reserved player(optional) and 1 coach/player coach (optional). Once
nominated/registered regular/reserved players cannot be replaced throughout the event. Causing delay after ten(10)
minutes (e.g. failure to arrive on the venue) shall forfeit such team from the particular game.
AG 9 The tournament is an online tournament. Players will be advised of schedule and timing of matches thru their registered
email address/account. Only the tournament Director can alter the schedule and timing of matches.
AG 10 Qualifying Stage will be best-of-3 games elimination, top three(3) teams will advance to the playoffs.
AG 11 Playoffs Stage will be round robin best-of-3 games elimination; top two(2) teams will advance to the finals.
AG 12 Finals will be Best-of-5 games.
AG 13 Players are expected to conduct themselves and compete with spirit of sportsmanship, maintaining friendly and polite
demeanour in activities involving other participants.
AG 14 The organizer has the right to apply penalties, disqualify and dismiss any registered players from the tournament,
discretion, at any stage of the tournament.
AG 15 Cheating doesn’t need to be successful to qualify as a validation. Conspiring to cheat is already a violation and will lead to
an automatic disqualification for all conspirators.
AG 16 Examples of cheating includes, but are not limited to:
● Accounting sharing
● Piloting
AG 17 During the game, each team may call-out a maximum of 3-time outs per game.
This includes: technicalities, signal problem, gadget issues, etc.
AG 18 A 5-minute preparation time is provided every game.
AG 19 Game Officials. The game will have a Tournament Director.
AG 20 In case of brawling and other physical assaults, the involved team will be automatically disqualified.
