OB-II evaluation components and submission rules:

Case Discussion (10 Marks):

1. 12 cases to be discussed in the course: 6 before Mid-Term, 6 post Mid-Term. The cases will
be presented by groups in the order decided in session 1.
2. It is mandatory for everyone to read the cases before the discussion in class, especially all
the members of the group that is to present the case as sir can ask questions to any of the
members.
3. Each group will present 2 cases (pre and post Mid-Term) in total. The groups can divide
themselves into 2 subgroups to present each case.
4. Groups have to present PPTs of their respective cases in the class discussing the story of the
case post which the case analysis will be done in the class.
5. The same group has to submit a document of 800-1000 words of the case analysis by EOD
on the same day of presentation. They can add pointers from the class discussion to their
analysis. MS Word, Font – Times New Roman, size 12, line spacing 1, margin 1 from all sides.
6. Scores will be allotted to the group based on the presentation, case analysis submission and
their responses in the class during the discussion.

Personal Learning Paper (10 Marks):

1. The submission has to be done in two parts – the first part at EOD of session 8 and the
second part at EOD of session 19.
2. MS Word, Font – Times New Roman, size 12, line spacing 1, margin 1 from all sides.
3. Each student is expected to write 200-250 words for each session’s learnings.
4. Penalty for plagiarism and irrelevant content.
5. File Name: SectionX_Roll.doc

Project (20 Marks):

1. The project will have two parts. The first part is the project proposal presentation – this will
happen in session 6. The project proposal should cover which organization each group will
be studying, the topic of the project, the timeline of the project, work division and the major
steps planned as part of the project.
2. The final submission will be EOD of session 18. The report should be in the form of a well-
structured case. The submission must have three parts, first the case with a problem, second
the solution to the problem as suggested by the group with the supporting analysis, and
third exhibits.
3. The first two parts together should contain 4000-5000 words. Any exhibits and other factual
information can be on top of this. There will not be any presentation of the final submission
and only the report needs to be submitted to the prof.

Commitment to the Course (5 Marks):

1. 5 marks are allotted to attendance and discipline in the class. Each class missed will result in
a deduction of 0.5 marks from this component.
2. Attendance will be taken at the exact beginning of the class, once missed cannot be
compensated at any cost unless instructed officially.
