ADDITIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT #1

This Additional Services Agreement #1, made and entered into this day of June 21, 2022, by and between
Inventure (hereinafter referred to as “Client”) and CEC Corporation, (hereinafter referred to as the
“Engineer”), provides for Additional Services listed herein be incorporated into the engineering contract
fee proposal for the Ted’s Café Escondido, Stillwater, OK dated August 21, 2021.

General Description of Additional Services

Per direction from the Client, the Engineer’s scope has been expanded to include preparation of construction
documents & construction administration for the following:

o Construction Documents
o Provide one (1) meeting and site visit with City staff
o Provide civil engineering construction documents for a fire line to the existing building
 Provide plan and profile drawing for city permitting requirements
o Construction Administration
o Product submittal reviews
o RFI/ASI response

Compensation to Be Paid to Engineer

The Engineer proposes to perform the additional services listed above for the fixed fee of:

Total Proposed Engineering Fee $ 3,600.00

Schedule for Requested Additional Services

Additional Services will commence within one (1) week of receipt of a fully executed copy of this
Agreement.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Agreement, which is subject to the terms and conditions listed above,
Attachment(s), and the prior Engineering Proposal Agreement, is accepted as of the date first written above.
