What is this resource and how do I use it?

This resource can be used at home to begin important conversations about gender equality and our
roles. The words included in these mindfulness colouring pages can all be used to describe anyone
who identifies as a woman. Use them to start discussions with friends and family, including children,
to celebrate International Women’s Day.

What skills does this practise? Further Activity Ideas and Suggestions

Self-Care If you want to think a little bit more about International

Women’s Day, head to our Everybody’s Different section of
Cultural Awareness the Parents’ Hub. You can also find lots more resources about
other stereotypes and inequalities which you might like to talk
Gender Equality about as a family.
