Based on this vide, give at least 10 key techniques you believe you should learn in order to be a
successful professional in the future and explain why?

1. Be genuinely interested in the person's life

2. Ask open-ended questions

3. Give feedback that's specific and actionable

4. Listen actively and show support for whatever they're saying

5. Ask follow-up questions if they seem interested in more information or clarification

6. Don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it, even if it seems like a small thing

7. Offer help when you can, but don't feel obligated to do so (it's not your job)

8. Make sure you know what your boundaries are with people at work, especially if you're looking for a
new job or promotion

9. Be willing to make mistakes and learn from them (even if it's hard)

10. Remember that everyone has their own story, so treat everyone with respect

You can't be successful without being able to talk to anyone. Just because you're shy doesn't mean that
you can't make it.You have to learn how to talk to everyone, even people who seem intimidating or
unpleasant. Some of these techniques are only going to help you get better at talking with people, but
others will help you become a better person in general.

In the video, it demonstrates how to talk to anyone. It teaches you how to navigate conversations, how
to listen, and even how to ask questions that show interest in the person you're talking to.I think one of
the most important things the video teaches is to listen carefully and then respond appropriately. It's
hard at first especially when you're new at it but it's worth it. Asking questions can be a great way to
show your interest and help lead the conversation in a productive direction. I also really like Leil's advice
about remembering that everyone has something they're good at and something they're not so good at.
When you know this about someone, it can help guide your conversation without making them feel like
they have to defend themselves or explain themselves every single time there's silence in the
conversation or if something doesn't come easily with them.
