Procedure of application
Applicants should fill the online application form from the website https://apply.kyu.ac.ug/. On submitting the form, printout a pay slip and pay a non-refundable application fee of Uganda shillings
50,000/= (Ugandan, Kenyans, Tanzanians, Rwandese, Burundians & South Sudanese applicants) and Uganda Shillings 75,000/= (International applicants) excluding bank charges at any
DFCU Bank/ Eco Bank/Stanbic Bank in Uganda.

Certified copies of your academic documents should be submitted to Kyambogo Graduate School at Central Teaching Facility CTF Room 16 immediately after filling the electronic application
forms. Academic documents/certificates in languages other than English should be translated by applicants with a recognized institution and certificate attached. Documents obtained outside Uganda
should be certified by National Council for Higher Education (NCHE) before submission. Applicants who may find difficulties in applying online should seek help from the Kyambogo University
Graduate School.
