    Good Afternoon Mr.

    Freedman,

    I realized that I had written but failed to send the response to your
    earlier comments on Bozzuto Listens. My sincerest apologies for the delays and
    happiest Holiday Wishes.

    The easiest topic for me to address is that of the gym. I believe that we will be
    able to procure a new piece of equipment in the new year and I will take your
    suggestion to point. The better news is that there will be an all new gym facility
    sometime late in 2016 or early 2017 for you to enjoy. The property will be
    undertaking a wondrous renovation of the lobby and lower level common areas
    to re-invigorate the amenities of the community.

    The roof desk is a difficult issue. Fair Housing requires that the access be ADA
    compliant, and at this time, the only access to the roof is from a stair case. We
    are going to investigate a variety of alternatives to hopefully yield an outdoor
    area that residents can enjoy year-round.
