ACTIVITY 2: INDEPENDENT ACTIVITY

1. Why SWOT analysis is important?

- SWOT analysis is important because it can help you identify and define your strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. It is a useful business tool for strategizing both
short-term and long-term decisions. A SWOT analysis is a simple technique to use to assess
your business, company, or organization to align with its growth trajectories and success
benchmarks because it is simple to complete, does not cost much, and can lead to positive
changes.
2. When do you use SWOT and how do you create a SWOT analysis?
- Swot will used if you want to determine or identify your strengths, weaknesses,
opportunities and threats to your business, company and organization, even your projects.
You can create SWOT by creating swot table and adding data from existing or past projects,
numbers from sales and profits met, and any other reliable information about your
business.

WORK IMMERSION

1. Lacking of experience, clients with no patients, lack of technical skills, miunderstanding of

instruction and managing time
2. Learn and study more, remain calm and practice active listening, read or watch books about
technical, listen with your eyes and ears and gut, focus on the conversation and be an active
listener and, schedule your task and deadlines and avoid multi- tasking
3. If I given a chance to experience an actual work in a work immersion venue in our barangay the
suited venue to me is a bakery shops or an eateries. I am a gas student and I have a cookery
subject that practice and teach us how to prepare and cook foods. This subjects students are
beimg taught about food nutrients, ethical food issues, safe food storage, preparation and
handling foods and also includes how to budget, preserve and cook foods in a business.

As a student, we can help ourselves and our educators by continuing our studies and continuing
teaching us in the midst of pandemic. and by believing to yourself that you can successfully achieve

self- deciplined to learn in this time of pandemic with the help and guidance of our educators in
continuing teaching us, so that education will be successful during this crisis.
