    i think being a call center or a call center means that receiving calls or sending

    calls, like helping the costumers


    for their concerns, problems, and complains.
    so what your job is helping them to solve it or troubleshooting what cases they
    have.

    i think having a call is the most cases in this job because you gonna help them to
    solve their problems thru
    phone calls or other type of communication.

    for example you have a costumer that complaining about there new pc or dekstop.
    so you ask theme whats there concerned, they say that "I can't open it".
    so you gonna ask the basics like please check if you properly plug in the wire on
    the socket ?
