PRE-CONTRACT FOR AN INDEPENDENT WORKER

The following is a self-employment agreement between the worker and the company Green Energy for
America.

Training probation period:

By signing this document you agree to the following. You will have 3 days of training simply
dedicated to informing and preparing you on everything needed to be an agent.Then 3 more days as
an actual trial period with your immediate COACH (SUPERVISOR) for 3 more days, this being a
total of 6 days & all considered training time. During this period, you will not be considered
employed until you have made your first confirmed appointment w/ your COACH (SUPERVISOR).
Any appointment made, even during training, will be paid.

Contact potential homeowners by phone, to inform and generate interest about the savings benefits of
going solar, and offering a free consultation at your homes with one of our specialist technicians.
To be a successful Agent in our company, you must be determined to achieve and exceed past each of
your job-related goals. Ultimately, an outstanding agent will demonstrate a deep understanding of the
sales process, including the ways in which you must capture the customer interest for a face-to-face
appointment, so our representative can make a sale.

A minimum of one (1) confirmed appointments a day is required. Cannot go 3 days without an
appointment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS:

1.)A Computer, non-wireless headphones, webcam, & good internet speed connected via ethernet cable.

COMPENSATION: 3.06 per hour +BONUSES! COMMISSIONS

Validated appointments per day

1 validated appointment = $1 usd 2

validated appointments = $4 usd 3
validated appointments = $10usd

Paid every 06th [16-30 or 31] & 21th [1-15] to personal BANK account.

CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION:

Both parties must keep full confidentiality as all that the parties designate as information confidential
in the communications they exchange. Both parties will limit the use of the confidential information
to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement, including all annexes, representing the entire agreement
between the contracting party and the independent worker. The performance of both parties is limited
to only those elements included in the Agreement.
CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
