Purchase Order

Ticket: -
User facing an issue with the purchase requisition deleted item.
Ex: - System is allowing to a create a PO after deleting the line item in PR.

Standards:
 Attributes for system messages.

Configuration:
 Task 1: - Creating a PR, Release it.
 Task 2: - Try to create a PO, do not save it & check error messages if any.
 Task 3: - Now Delete the PR line item, create the PO with PR, Observe the messages and save it for
testing. (To know the system behavior)
 Task 4: - Observe the warning message.
 Task 5: - Change the warning message to error message in SPRO.
 Task 6: - Repeat the Tasks 1,2.
 Task 7: - Repeat task 3, try to save PO and observe system behavior.

Task 1
Creating a PR, Release it.
Task 2: -
Try to create a PO, do not save it & check error messages if any.

System is not throwing any waring or error messages.

Task 3: -

Now Delete the PR line item, create the PO with PR, Observe the messages and
save it for testing. (To know the system behavior)
We can observe that system is throwing a warning message but it is allowing us to
create the PO with that PR even after deleting the line item. (User problem)
Task 4: -

Observe the warning message.

Task 5: -

Change the warning message to error message in SPRO.

Task 6: -
Repeat the Tasks 1,2.
We can observe system not throwing any error or warning messages.

Task 7: -

Repeat task 3, try to save PO and observe system behavior.

Now we can observe that system is not allowing us to save the PO ( this the solution
for this incident).
