Sexual harassment is any unwelcome and uninvited physical or verbal sexual conduct. It may

Ans: Social and cultural differences do increase the likelihood of misunderstandings between
the colleagues and customers and employees but it's not true that social and cultural
differences are always the cause of misunderstanding. For example if they speak different
languages there is a high chance of bad translations, but even if they speak the same
language they may communicate in different ways.
