2. Historical KPIs like intake rate, dropout rate, school leaver rate

4. Strength and weaknesses of past interventions or PPAs in
relation to access
5. Discussion on potential problems if performance issue are not
addressed

1. Level of reading competencies of all learners

3. Explanation of causes
4. Strengths and weaknesses of past interventions of PPAs in
relation to reading
