I. Development of Algeria Street

Scope of Work: The Project concept is to improve the traffic for the public by widening of
Algeria Road from 2 lanes to 3 lanes per direction from the tie in with Project
R1090 at the intersection with 11th Street near Al Khawaneej Road up to
intersection with Tunis Road.The existing roundabout at the intersection with
27th Street/31st Street is upgraded to a signalized intersection with dedicated
left-hand turning lanes to serve the Al Muhaisnah and Al Mizhar
communities.

II. Access Road and Improvement of Existing Road Networks to DAMAC Hills 2

Scope of Work: The Project concept is to improve the ease of access to DAMAC Hills 2 by
developing new access road from the Cycle Roundabout towards the area,
along with the modification of existing road by constructing 2 new

 Preparing and Submission of Baseline Programme.

 Preparation of mitigation Programme.
 Preparation and Submission of Interim Particular of Extension of Time.
 Composing, Sending and replying to letter correspondences to Consultant (Delay notices, reply
to Consultant’s Contractor delay letters etc.)
 Updating of baseline Programme, KPI and highlighting potential delays.
 Coordinating with the engineering and procurement departments to ensure timely submissions
and procurement.
 Preparation of internal and external progress reports.
 Preparation of monthly/quarterly resource and material forecasts in coordination with the
Commercial Department.
 Liaising with the Consultant Planner.

VIII. Position : Trainee Engineer (Oct 2015 to Sept 2016)

One-year training in the core division of construction such as Planning, HSE (safty), Commercial
(As a Quantity surveyor), and QA/QC and Engineering department (10weeks for each
department). Trained in both Building (Multi storeyd Building) and infra structural projects (Bridge,
road, underpass and utilities)
