    Mini Mesh Fixing Instruction


    Webforge minimesh can be fixed with this fixing system

    Fixing System 1
    Webforge recommends this Fixing System for industrial/mining applications
    Clip code C033SM,which is a disc washer (C140SM) with a stainless steel Torx drive
    countersunk thread rolling screw (C309SM).

    Installation
    1. Place the grating in position
    2. Pre drill at the required location a 7.4mm pilot hole.
    3. Fit the screw C309SM into the disc C140SM with the
    smooth faces of the disc meeting the countersunk
    section of the screw.
    4. From the top of the grating using a Torxdrive head T40-
    6 drive the thread rolling screw into the pilot hole
    with a torque setting of 30Nm until it seats the disc
    firmly against the grating.
