 Basic Terms & Conditions

1) Above Quoted rates are based on Minimum wages as per Govt. notification of the
Jharkhand
2) Above Quoted rates are inclusive of all Statutory obligation like PF, ESIC. Etc. (If Applicable)
3) Above Quoted rates are for 09 hrs. daily duty, per month.
4) Payment terms - within 7 days after invoice submission
5) . Any additional increase in scope of work apart from the sow is given in the proposal would be reviewed in the same proportion
and the cost to be revised accordingly.
6) One-time Sourcing Fees will be Charged.

7) An Agreement will be signed between the both the parties.

8) The Deployment will be done after the receiving of work order from the client.

9) The client will take care of all the staffs deployed.

10) The client will take care special care for the Female staffs.

11) All the clauses will be elaborated in Agreement.

12) All the documents of the staffs will be shared with client.
