                         How To Make Donut

200 cc water
1/2 pack of instant yeast
1/2 kg flour
4 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of butter
3 tablespoons of powder milk/condensed milk
2 eggs
2 teaspoons of salt
Refined sugar, grated cheese, melted chocolate or meises for topping (optional)

Steps:

1. First, mix two eggs with a spoon.


2. Then, mix the flour, sugar, milk, salt, and butter. Mix until it blended.
3. After that, put the yeast in the water. Stir it well and then put the yeast into the doug
4. Take 1 tablespoon of dough then round it off. Give it a hole in the middle.
5. Knead the dough smoothly and set aside in a container. Cover tightly and let it rest for 20
minutes
6. Put the dough donut you have formed to a big bowl that is coated with flour.
7. Fry all the dough using small fire until soft and slightly brown color, remove and drain. Let it until
cold
8. Sprinkle donut that has been fried with refine sugar, or if you want, can also use another topping
(grated cheese, melted chocolate or meises)
9. Ready to serve.
