The Partnerships and Linkages Office (PLO) as the oversight office for the partnerships forged in the

ROPODOs recognizes the importance of reliable base data for accurate reporting and effective program
implementation and monitoring.

Uploading of all notarized MOAs and encoding of partnership arrangements shall be done by the focal
persons in the ROPODOs utilizes the TESDA TVET Partnership Monitoring System (TTPMS) which is being
facilitated by PLO.

For concerns/issues or proposals needing approval from the Central Office, the Regional Office(s) in the
areas of jurisdiction to prepare a Complete Staff Work with proper documentation to the Central Office
through the Office of the Deputy Director General for PL. The Office accordingly endorses the concern to
appropriate office such as to the Legal Division if concerns pertain to the legal matters, FMS for financial
concerns or ROMO for scholarship training support provisions, etc.
