made my Industrial Training successful.

I acknowledge God Almighty for without his infinite mercy and grace no good and
significant success would be achieved within this period of industrial training.

I am thankful to my parents Mr. and Mrs. Cosmos Obi Ohanaka for their moral and
financial supports.

My regards go to my Uncle Didiacus Okechukwu Ohanaka for his support towards

this Industrial training.

Presbyterian Joint Hospital Uburu for providing and proving to me that they can
