MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

This Agreement made and entered into by and between:

OFFICE OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY, BARANGAY MINTAL, with principal office at

Davao - Buda National Highway, Barangay MIntal, Davao City, represented herein by its Punong
Barangay , REY AMADOR M. BARGAMENTO, Filipino of legal age and a resident of Brgy. Mintal,
Davao City, hereinafter referred as the “FIRST PARTY
-and-

HIGH GEAR ACADEMY PHILIPPINES INC., a corporation duly registered by the Security and
Exchange Commission (SEC) with the principal office address at Lot 64-B, Pomelo Drive, Davao-
Bukidnoon road, Brgy. Tugbok (pob.), Davao City. Represented herein by its Administrator,
ROGELIO C. PECONCILLO and hereinafter referred to as the “SECOND PARTY”;

WITHESSETH, that

The SECOND PARTY designates the FIRST PARTY as one of the school training partners
for community based technical vocational training in all the TESDA accredited qualifications and/or
courses namely: Driving NC II, Motorcycle/ Small Engine Servicing NC II, and Shielded Metal Arc
Welding NC II.

The SECOND PARTY will inform the FIRST PARTY if any private or government
scholarship grant is available;

The FIRST PARTY will recommend candidates for the scholarship subject to all rule,
regulations, requirements, terms and conditions of any private and government partners who will
give the scholarship grant.

The terms of this agreement will be effective on October 2022 and will only end if there will
be no more scholarship grant available for both private and government agencies.

The parties hereto do hereby oblige themselves to comply with foregoing stipulations.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereof have signed this Agreement on this ____ day of
