 Carry out condition monitoring vibration survey, trouble shooting of
the rotating machines (various stations - cross country)
 Making field measurement of vibration using ADRE 408,SCOUT
140, movipack ( 01 db), Oros OR35 and sometimes CSI 2140.
 Check linearity and calibration of proximity probes and
accelerometers using portable shaker calibrator 9100D, Hardy 803
and TK3.
 Good Understanding about working knowledge of Vibration
Analysis Softwares.
 Responsible for measurement, analysis and reporting of all rotating
equipment.
 In-situ balancing for different rotating machines.
 Vibration diagnostics using basic and advanced vibration analysis
techniques (Spectrum, Time waveform, Phase, Waterfall, Cascade,
Orbit, Bode, Polar and Shaft Center Line Plots).
 Responsible for preparation, negotiation and managing contracts of
vibration analysis equipment’s purchase.
