1. Manual calibration : Approx. 2 hours
After auto-calibration, mill a wax test piece.

➢ 14mm wax disc
➢ 4mm square endmill (ZRB-200D is compatible)
➢ Micrometer (3mm tip is recommended)

Important!! It is recommended to
operate auto + manual calibration at
every new installation or relocation.

Caution!! Auto calibration will reset

the manual calibration results.
Therefore it is NOT recommended to
do auto calibration except when it is
needed. Many customers operate the
auto calibration as weekly or monthly
maintenance for current models.

2. Calibration for change in temperature : Approx. 3 minutes
Change within 5℃ of the temperature from the auto-calibration will be automatically compensated.
If the sensor detects changes over 5℃ VPanel will notify to run Temperature Change Calibration.
This calibration results will not be reset the value of auto/manual calibration,

To prevent milling to stop by error of suction sensor,

Dust-proof cover
Dust-proof cover needs to be attached at installation.

Therefore below kit will be shipped from HQ as separate box.
➢ After March 9, 2023 (serial number "KFS0419" and later), the dust-proof cover kit will be included with
the DWX-53DC.
